How to use the "Range Control" feature...

The Range Control is one of the most powerfull features of AcuFilters. The "Dark Range" and "Light Range" let you control which area the AcuFilter will affect.

In this example, the controls are set so the filter will affect all areas of the image. The shadows, midrange and highlights.

In this example, the controls are set so that only the midrange areas are affected. (from luminosity value 62 thru 193 inclusive). "Green area"
The filter will have NO effect on the "Red areas"
from luminosity value (0 to 61) or (194 to 255)
When in doubt remember that it's the areas between the sliders that get the effect.
