The Button (see #1) showing "Color" is the controller for choosing between Color and Black/White. If you are working on a color image it should normally be showing "Color". If you're working on a Black/White image it should be showing "B / W". Each time you click the button it resets the range of the effect. "You can use either setting on both Color or B/W images". |
| The Button (see #2) showing "Reset" resets all of the controls to a basic setting (different between Color and Black/White). | ||
The CheckBox (see #3) labeled"Lock to Red" adjusts the Green and Blue color controls to match the Red color control. When this checkbox is "checked" all three colors move together but the Red slider is in control. The "Color" controls are mainly to be used to "tone" color images but sepia effects can be achieved if used on a Black/White image. |
| When used in "B / W" mode, and the Sharp control is set to "0", the "Boost" slidebar will disappear. | ||
