There are plenty of dust and scratch remover programs but AcuClean gives more control and accuracy when you're working on photo/images.

AcuClean removes "salt & pepper", as well as hotspots and scratches from light or dark areas quickly and easily with minimal damage or blurring.

As shown above, the lasso tool quickly selected an area to work with and AcuClean was able to remove the dark lines without affecting other parts. AcuClean doesn't just blur the spots away it actually shrinks the spots or scratches without significantly changing the rest of the background.
